IUR Chairman

Roman Talaš is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava. Initially, he deepened his professional skills through several periods of international architectural study. Later, he extended several years of professional experience with practical experience in the design and implementation of building projects in domestic offices and companies, such as TEAM T, Atelier A2T, DR. MATA and HORNEX. In 2002, together with Matej Siebert, he founded the firm of SIEBERT&TALAŠ, which focuses on the development of civic and residential buildings, corporate interiors and urban design. He participated in the implementation of head offices for PosAm, spol. s r. o., ST, a. s. and SPP, a. s., all of which are located in Bratislava, as well as the implementation of a branch of Slovenská sporiteľňa, a.s. in Piešťany for which he was nominated for the CE·ZA·AR 2006 Award. In 2008, he participated in the Made in IG Exhibition.

IUR Vice-Chairmen

Ľuboš Čema graduated from the Faculty of Business Management at the Economic University in Bratislava. He started his career in 1998 at Hypo-Bank Slovakia (currently UniCredit Bank Slovakia, a. s.) as a risk manager for corporate clients. Later, in a newly created department, he focused on real estate financing where he initially worked as a senior corporate consultant and then as a department manager. Since 2007 he has been working as a project manager for a Slovak development company - IURIS INVEST.



Jozef Hornický graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava in 1998. He gained his first work experience as an independent architect and real estate broker. In 2001, he became manager of an international company acting in the field of Facility Management. Two years later, he became a project manager at J&T REAL ESTATE a.s. Since 2008, he has been working as a project managerin ZILLION a. s.




Igor Lichý grad uated the Faculty of Architecture at the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava and also, in 1996, from the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava. Since 2000, he has gained experience as an architect in the design companies HUMA 90 s. r. o. and SEFL&PARTNER Architekturbűro, later in the construction company STRABAG s. r. o. as a construction manager and project manager on projects concerning Polus City Center, Strabag Headquarters and BBC V at Plynárenská Street. Since 2005, he has been acting as chairman of the Executive Board of ITB Development a. s., participating in several projects including the Vista Residence apartment house at Vlčková Street in Bratislava, the Tatraville apartment complex in Veľká Lomnica, Rusovský sad residential zone, Hotel**** at Štefánikova Street in Bratislava and Olive Kramáre (as a co- designer of the project).

Drahan Petrovič is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava. Between 2000 and 2007, he worked in Vancouver, Canada. As an architect and project manager in Busby Perkins and Will and the IBI Group, he worked on several development projects in Canada, the USA, China and Italy, specializing in high-rise residential buildings. In 2008, after returning to Slovakia, he joined Imagine Development where he currently acts as a partner. The company is mainly active in the area of residential development.
